Scope
This policy covers the NextGen Wellness public website, marketing pages, demo pages, research content, lead forms, and sales communications. It does not replace any signed customer agreement, business associate agreement, data processing addendum, or in-app privacy notice for authenticated product use.
Information We Collect
We collect information you submit directly, such as name, email, organization, role, phone number, meeting details, and messages. We also collect basic website event data such as page views, CTA clicks, referrers, device/browser information, and approximate location derived from network metadata.
Do not submit protected health information, medical questions, or clinical details through public website forms, social channels, or demo booking flows.
Analytics and Advertising
The public website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate website performance and PostHog for product and conversion analytics. Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Meta audience sync are disabled by default and require an explicit campaign configuration before they can run.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activity may be considered "sharing" under California privacy law when used for cross-context behavioral advertising. To request opt-out or deletion, contact privacy@nextgenwell.org.
How We Use Information
- Respond to demos, partnership inquiries, and sales requests.
- Operate, secure, and improve the public website.
- Measure campaign performance and content engagement.
- Send relevant follow-up when you request information.
- Comply with legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
Service Providers
We use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, meeting scheduling, CRM/sales operations, security, and form handling. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of marketing communications by emailing privacy@nextgenwell.org. You can also use unsubscribe links in marketing emails when available.
