Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NextGen Wellness public website, marketing pages, demo pages, research content, and lead forms. Signed customer agreements control where they conflict with these public website terms.

Public website content is for informational and business evaluation purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. For medical questions, consult a licensed professional.

The website, copy, graphics, product names, frameworks, and related materials are owned by NextGen Wellness or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

If you submit information through a form, email, demo request, or other website interaction, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another party's rights. Do not submit protected health information or copyrighted content that you are not authorized to share.

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@nextgenwell.org with your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and URL, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

Any paid subscriptions, pilots, or services are governed by the checkout, app store, order form, or written agreement used for that purchase. App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings. Web subscriptions are managed through the applicable billing portal or written agreement.

The public website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from public website use.
